Family Support Program
- We work closely with hospital social workers to assist families with financial assistance and other acts of kindness. Request for financial assistance must be referred by your hospital or clinic social worker.
- We provide Family Care Backpacks to newly diagnosed children. Letting them know they are not fighting alone.
Cheer Program
- Cheer mail to young patients to deliver a smile for a welcomed distraction from all the scary stuff during treatment.
- Support Childlife programs with Christmas in July and Christmas toy deliveries
- Sponsor families during Christmas (includes siblings)
- End of Chemo celebrations: When children reach the end of their treatment we provide a Kick-It Award and mini celebration for their bravery and giving cancer a swift kick.

We embrace siblings during their brother or sister's journey to kick cancer. Their routine is suddenly changed and life becomes a roller coaster ride. Our goal is to make them feel like they are special and very much a part of the journey.

An added act of kindness: At the Ronald McDonald Houses, parents and siblings can enjoy a hot homemade meal while they are away from home staying with their sick child. We shop, cook, serve and clean the kitchen.
